Fan bonanza on Astralis' digital channels

Since the release of the first Voice Comms video on May 14th, Astralis' YouTube channel has reached close to 2 million views in yet another boom for the channel.

The first edition of Astralis Voice Comms saw 250,000 views within the first 24 hours of release. The video in which you listen in on Astralis' comms during pro matches has more than doubled in viewership since and is now at almost 550,000 views.

Since then, three more videos have been released and in just a week the channel has reached almost 2 million views and more than 18,000 new subscribers putting the total number of subscribers at about 158,000.

But it's not just the team's YouTube channel that's gaining from the new media initiative. On Facebook, the Voice Comms post reached a staggering 1,4 million people and 424,000 views.

After the Voice Comms initiative, the organization has been creating vlogs to give viewers and fans an insight into the players' daily activities. The first vlog follows Nicolai 'dev1ce' Reedtz ahead of an official match against Ninjas in Pyjamas.

A similar vlog has been made Peter 'dupreeh' Rasmussen's vlog practice. The two personal vlogs have reached more than 400,000 views in just two days - a rate previously not seen for regular content on the channel prior to the Voice Comms initiative.

High-quality productions across the teams

Not only the Astralis channels can showcase some amazing content these days. Together with Audi, Future FC made a video profiling Fatih Üstün. The offensive player was the first signing to the Future FC squad which now sports three players from three different countries.

In the above video, Fatih Üstün talks about his goal to be the best in the world and how his current work environment now enables him to chase that dream full-time.

New content is lifting the rest of the channel

The success of the new videos has helped lift the entire channel. Older content like the VALORANT Tryhards match which Astralis played together with Astralis Group's League of Legends team Origen has seen a big increase in viewers after the more people have discovered the channel. Even older videos are getting revived again with thousands of new viewers ultimately lifting all of the Astralis YouTube channel.

Astralis Group as a media company

The constant evolution of the Astralis Group media channels continue, and news series, behind-the-scenes concepts, and a lot of fun content is being planned and produced.
